Using Qadriva

Terms of Use

Qadriva is operated by Tomislav Juric. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Qadriva.

The service

Qadriva lets you create local comic projects, submit content for AI image generation, and save or share results. Features, available presets, credit costs, and service availability may change. An AI result may be unexpected or inaccurate; review it before using or sharing it.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for photos, prompts, dialogue, and other material you provide, and for having permission to use them. Do not use Qadriva to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, create harmful or abusive material, or interfere with the service. You grant us only the rights needed to process content you submit and provide the requested features. Rights in AI-generated material can depend on applicable law and the inputs used; Qadriva does not guarantee exclusive rights to a result.

Credits and paid features

Some generations consume in-app credits. The app shows the applicable cost before a request where available. Purchase and subscription features are not currently enabled in Qadriva. If they are introduced, applicable prices and purchase terms will be presented before payment.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep Qadriva available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or any particular generation outcome. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions or problems, open Profile → Support → Contact support in Qadriva, describe the issue, and provide an email address for our reply.
