Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
Tomislav Juric operates Qadriva. This policy explains the information processed when you use the Qadriva iPhone app and how to contact us about it.
Information we process
- App account and device information: a pseudonymous app user ID, app version, device model, operating system, language, screen size, time zone, and similar technical information sent when the app starts.
- Creative content: photos and prompts you choose to submit for AI generation, generated results, and your generation history. Comic drafts made in the editor are stored on your device; exporting or sharing a comic uses the destination you choose.
- Service activity: credit balance, selected presets, generation status, and actions needed to provide the app.
- Support requests: the email address, message, and optional attachment you provide when contacting support in the app.
Why we use it
We use this information to run Qadriva, process requested generations, show your library and credits, respond to support requests, maintain service security, and diagnose failures. Camera and photo library access is used only when you choose a photo or capture one and grant iOS permission.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting, storage, image delivery, and AI processing providers may process the information needed to deliver these features on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service. Qadriva does not currently use third-party advertising attribution or analytics SDKs in the app.
Storage and deletion
Comic drafts remain on your device until you delete them or the app. Server-side account records, uploads, generated media, and support messages are kept as needed to operate the service, resolve requests, and meet legal obligations. You can delete individual generated items in the app. To request access to or deletion of other server-side information, open Profile → Support → Contact support in Qadriva, describe your request, and include the email address where we can reply. We will review and respond according to applicable law.
Your choices
You can decline camera or photo library access in iOS Settings and still use features that do not need those permissions. You control which images you submit for generation and which local comics you export or share. You may also contact support to ask about your information or withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Qadriva changes. The effective date above shows the current version. For privacy questions, use Profile → Support → Contact support in the app and select a relevant topic.
