For help with Qadriva, including generation problems, credits, privacy requests, or account data, send a request from the app.

How to contact us

Open Qadriva on your iPhone.
Tap the profile icon, then open Support.
Choose Contact support, select a topic, enter your email address, describe the issue, and send it.
Return to Support to view your request and replies.

For an account data request, describe what you want us to access or delete and include the email address where we can reply. Do not include passwords or payment card details in a support request.
